Xoomtalk has expanded its communications portfolio with the launch of business mobile services, enabling customers to source mobile phones, SIM plans and airtime alongside their existing telephony and connectivity services.
The addition means customers can now work with a single provider for more of their communications, bringing business mobiles together with the voice and connectivity services they already receive from Xoomtalk.
The new service provides access to business mobile plans across EE, O2 and Vodafone, with a choice of handsets from manufacturers including Apple, Samsung and Google. Customers can choose new devices or SIM-only plans, with tariffs based on the needs of individual users and teams.
Bringing more services together
For many businesses, mobile services have traditionally been managed separately from wider communications. By adding business mobiles to its portfolio, Xoomtalk now gives customers the option to manage more of these services through one provider.
As well as a choice of networks and handsets, the service includes options such as 4G and 5G connectivity, international roaming and devices designed for more demanding working environments. Customers can also review their existing mobile arrangements to ensure tariffs and devices continue to meet the needs of the business.
Rather than dealing with separate suppliers, customers have a single point of contact for their mobile, telephony and connectivity services, making it easier to manage contracts, billing and ongoing support.
Commenting on the launch, Xoomtalk’s Managing Director Duncan French, said:
“Business mobiles are something we’ve been asked about by customers for a long time. They wanted the same level of support for their mobile services that they already receive for telephony and connectivity, so expanding our offering was the logical next step.
For our customers, this is really about making things simpler. Instead of working with different suppliers for different services, they can now deal with one team that understands their business and supports their communications as a whole.”
Building on an established communications offering
The launch builds on Xoomtalk’s existing communications services, which include business telephony, internet connectivity and managed networks.
Adding business mobiles allows customers to source more of their communications through a single provider, while continuing to receive support from a team that already understands their existing services and requirements.
The introduction of business mobiles marks the latest step in the company’s ongoing development of its communications portfolio, giving customers greater flexibility in how they procure, manage and support their communications.
